Harq’ Ness is a Vendor NPC who appears in the Doomsday Krok Gauntlet after the final Boss is defeated. He will sell only one of the Item types at a time.
“Captain Jack Harkness” was the alias adopted by Time Agent and con man Javic Piotr Thane from the 51st century. He was a companion of the Ninth and Tenth Doctors, and an associate of the Sixth and Thirteenth Doctors.
