Map #2 of 12 for Ballard, OK

4 – Single story home (5 DP) – 205 James Way, detached garage, above ground pool, travel trailer on blocks (5 points metal armor) (looks lived in), 2 tool (4 points metal armor each) sheds to back of lot. This is the home of the Bailey family. Retired duelists, Justin (Driver +3, Gunner +2, Trucker +2, Mech) and Lauren (Gunner +3, Driver +2) live here along with their three kids (Mike-17 Driver, Gunner; Bobby-14 Driver; and Cyndi-12). Justin was Crazy Mary’s point driver until he retired, settled down and moved to Ballard with Lauren. They bought the Stop & Shop and have been in Ballard ever since. Justin’s presence in town is one of the reasons Mary decided to move her base of operations here.
Since the Stop and Shop is open 24 hours their top employees live in the trailer behind the pool. (Gerrit; Mech +2, Trucker +2, Driver +2, Gunner +2, & Elissa; Gunner +3, Driver +1, Mech, Thomas; Mech +3, Trucker +1, Driver +1 Gunner +1, & Katie; Gunner +3 Driver, Mech). Gerrit and Thomas work primarily in the shop while Elissa and Katie primarily work the convenience store. The two couples (Gerrit & Elissa, Thomas & Katie) are friends and both are saving to be able to each renovate one of the abandoned houses in town.
The property is surrounded by a 10-foot-tall wooden fence (5 DP). There is an automatic metal gate at the entrance (6 pts metal armor) which can only be opened by inputting the correct 6-digit code on the keypad.
Justin and Lauren park their personal vehicles (6-wheel off-road pickup, station wagon, and three motorcycles {for the kids} in the garage. Gerrit & Elissa and Thomas & Katie park their vehicles inside the fence just to the north of the driveway (2 mid-size cars, 2 motorcycles).
Directly across the alley from #4 is the tool shed (4 pts metal armor) for #21 (on Map #5)
5 – Abandoned single story home (5 DP) – 203 James Way, detached garage (5 DP) faces alley. Used by the gang as a flop house/forward defensive position. Gang members like this house because it is mostly hidden by Justin & Lauren’s fence. Gang vehicles can also quickly cut across the #3’s yard and access the back of #5 via the alley. No vehicles are permanently parked here, and it is the DM’s discretion whether anyone is on the property at game time.
6 – Abandoned two story home (5 DP) – 201 James Way, detached garage (5 DP) faces alley. Another house used by the gang as a flop house/forward security. Usually, unoccupied. No vehicles permanently parked. DM’s discretion whether anyone is on the property at game time.
7 – Abandoned two story home (5 DP) – 202 First Street, attached garage drive path exits onto James Way, tool shed behind garage. Property line runs between shed and garage for 204 First St. Another house used by the gang as a flop house/forward security. Usually, unoccupied. No vehicles permanently parked. DM’s discretion whether anyone is on the property at game time.
8 – Occupied two story home (5 DP) – 204 First Street, attached garage drive path exits onto alley. Property line runs between garage and 202’s shed. The Vasquez family (Martin; Driver +1, Gunner +1, Cyclist, Handyman, Maria; Driver, Gunner, Medical, Luis – 10, Rosita – 7, and Elmo – 5) live here. Oldest son of the Motel Monte Vista’s Enrique Vasquez, Martin and his wife operate Casey’s General Store (#34 Map #8). There is usually a duel-ready pickup with off-road suspension parked in garage. The family car, a full-sized sedan built for defense, is parked either at the General Store or in the driveway depending on the time of day.
The property is surrounded by a 10-foot-tall wooden fence (5 DP). A swinging wooden fence gate across the footpath secures the front and sliding wooden fence gate secures the driveway.
Across the alley is the shed for #23 (Map #5) (5 pts of Metal armor) Some of the vehicles described in #23 would be visible on the blacktop.
9 – Occupied single story home (5 DP) – 111 James Way, detached tool shed (4pts metal armor). The Holloway family Bill, (Driver +1, Trucker +0, Gunner +0, Mech +1 Plumber +3) Shelley, (Driver +1, Gunner +0) and their three kids (Bill Jr. [Billy] 10, Allison [Ally] 6, and TJ 4) live here.
Bill is a plumber by trade and keeps the town’s water supply working. He has a duel ready pickup with off-road suspension for his personal vehicle. He also has 20’ panel truck with his plumber’s tools. The side of the plumber truck has a caricature of a man sitting on a toilet on the driver’s door. When Bill is driving the truck, it looks like he is sitting on the toilet. Bill thinks it is hilarious, Shelly just rolls her eyes. Shelley drives a station wagon set up for protection. She is the unofficial bus driver getting the town’s children to and from the school, to and from Hambone’s (see #23 on Map #5) and making the rounds to pick up the kids for safety in the event of an attack. The station wagon is heavily armored but still has the power to get away quickly. Shelley had been trained in evasive driving techniques and has linked dropped weapons at the rear of the wagon all wired into one button (Smokescreen, Mine dropper, Spike dropper). In the event of a town alarm, Shelley gets all the kids in town to Hambone’s bomb shelter as fast as she can. She runs from the fight not towards it.
The property is surrounded on three sides by a 10-foot-tall wooden fence (5 DP).
10 – Seemingly abandoned single story home (6 DP) – 203 First Street, Used by the Marauders as a flop house/defensive position. When the Marauders are in town there are anywhere from 4-7 of the gang inside (various skills levels to the DMs discretion but all are at least Cyclist +2 and Gunner +2)
All bikes (one for each Marauder present) are parked out back behind the house out of view of First Street.
There is a bunkered VMG protecting the entrance to the alley. It is controlled remotely from inside the house. If no one is inside, the gun remains silent.
Back end of 28 (Monty’s Keep) 120 Main Street, Anti-Tank guns in turrets at corners, reinforced concrete (30 DP) walls with barbed wire at top. This fortress practically screams STAY AWAY! Two story (6 DP) home inside bunker, single story storage building (5 DP) at the back of the compound houses Monty’s stores, weapons cache, and spare ammo.
Monty’s Keep extends onto Map #5
