Thomas Cromshell has sent you to look for the keys so you can help him escape. You go to find Captain Jonah, but you don’t actually fight him. Upon entering the room Captain Jonah says, “What’s this? There’s a curfew on, by royal decree of the King. Guards, arrest this wizard!” and leaves.
Fast Attack Ship Alesia.
It has been suggested to me that Captain Jonah of Crab Alley is an allusion to Captain Jonah of the Fast Attack Ship Alesia in Starship Troopers: Invasion. I will admit that the names are identical. However, since the direct to DVD film was released in 2012 and Crab Alley was released in 2010 (redone in 2011), I’m going to say no.
It would seem that both characters are named for the Biblical story of the man swallowed by a big fish. Better known as Jonah and the Whale.
