Destro-Uctor

Destro-Uctor is the Serpentine Faction Vendor in Istanboa. He sells Serpentine related gear, elixirs, a Drommel transformation, the Serpentine Den castle, the Tapestry to Istanboa, and some G.I. Joe inspired housing decorations.

Destro-Uctor is not surprised when your wizard and Snake Plizkin defeat Kobra Kommander. He enlists your aid in defeating Calixco Guards to ensure Istanboa’s safety and future.

Laird James McCullen Destro XXIV, usually referred to simply as Destro, is a fictional character from the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero toyline, comic books, and cartoon series. He is the leader of the Iron Grenadiers, and founder of M.A.R.S. Industries, a weapons manufacturer and supplier for Cobra. Destro is portrayed by Christopher Eccleston in the 2009 live-action film G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra.

Destro

Destro was first released as an action figure in 1983, as a part of the second series of 3 & 3⁄4″ G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero figures. This initial version featured a silver, vacuum-metalized head. In 1988, a second version was produced, this time with a gold vac-metalized head. This figure was released as part of the Iron Grenadiers faction, and the new mask symbolized his change in allegiance.

Serpyntor

Serpyntor is a housing decoration sold by Destro-Uctor for 6,250 gold.

Serpentor is a fictional character and a recurring antagonist from the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero toyline, comic books, and animated series. Introduced in 1986, the character rules as Emperor over Cobra where most versions are depicted as a composite clone of history’s greatest leaders. Serpentor serves as the primary antagonist of the second season of the original animated series.

Serpentor

Serpentor was designed to be the ultimate Cobra leader. Doctor Mindbender and Destro combed the tombs of the greatest leaders in history to find cells with DNA traces. These long-dead genetic blueprints were combined to produce a clone with the genius of Napoleon, the ruthlessness of Julius Caesar, the daring of Hannibal, and the shrewdness of Attila the Hun. Serpentor is a brilliant tactician and a master of political intrigue, and was eventually capable of wresting control over Cobra from Cobra Commander.

Major Blud is a housing decoration sold by Destro-Ucto for 6,250 gold

Major Blud

Major Bludd (Sebastian Bludd) is a fictional character from the G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero toyline, comic books, and animated series. He is a mercenary working for the Cobra Organization.

Born in Sydney, Australia, Sebastian Bludd was trained by the Australian Special Air Service, served with that regiment in Southeast Asia, left to join the French Foreign Legion and saw action in Algeria, all before becoming a mercenary. He worked as a military advisor in a number of hostile countries where he committed acts of terrorism against peaceful governments throughout Europe. He is wanted on three continents (especially Rhodesia, Libya) for numerous war crimes, and even a few crimes against humanity. Bludd has a tactical mind like a steel trap, and is proficient with all NATO and Warsaw Pact small arms. He has a weapons qualification of sharpshooter and is adept with plastic explosives, long-range sniper rifles, garrotes, blunt instruments, poisoned ice picks, Saturday night specials, and anything with spikes.

Major Blood

Major Bludd is also known for writing very bad poetry.
