A system of old access tunnels beneath Crab Alley, the Waterworks have been broken into by a gang of ruffians for reasons unknown. Ever since then, the water pressure has been fluctuating rapidly, causing problems both for the street and its surface-level neighbors in Triton Avenue. Blad Raveneye calls upon Legendary Wizards for help with the situation, who are eventually pointed to a damaged access tower by Herman, allowing Wizards to follow the vandals inside.
Luska Charmbeak is the cheating boss in the second room of the second passage. Wizards will need to defeat him to activate the second lever.
Waterworks was added to the game in 2011.
In Caribbean folklore, the Lusca is a name given to a sea monster said to exist in the region of the blue holes nearby Andros, an island in the Bahamas.
It is described as a giant octopus, a giant cuttlefish, or a half shark, half octopus. The lusca is said to grow over 75 ft (23 m) long, but no cases have been proven of octopus species growing up to even half these lengths.
Lusca is a sea monster with a bad temper. She is responsible for sinking ships, drowning swimmers and causing whirlpools. She is said to create the blue holes that dot the Caribbean and she lurks down there as well as in underwater tunnels and caves. The islanders believe that she can pull a boat down into a blue hole if it accidently sails over it. The tidal currents from the holes and caves are said to be her breath. As she breaths in water pours into the caves forming whirlpools and as she breaths out cold clear water gushes out. Lusca is not all bad since she offers habitat and food to all the cave dwellers like lobsters, fish and reef sharks. She is the guardian of the holes and of the creatures who live there.
In 2016 the reports of a lusca monster attacking swimmers and divers was investigated by Jeremy Wade, the host of the television series River Monsters, in the episode “Terror in Paradise” (season eight, episode four). After investigating reef sharks, tiger sharks, and the giant Pacific octopus, Wade settles on a large octopus being the most likely culprit for being the lusca monster.
The survival video game Stranded Deep (2020) features an enemy giant squid named Lusca the Great.
