Someone at NIS Dropped the Ball
My better half REALLY loves the NCIS franchise and I watch with her. In addition to the REALLY COOL (multi-user keyboard) tech they have, I’ve learned that NCIS (or NIS in ’86) would never turn jurisdiction over to the LAPD (LAPD? What are they doing in San Francisco?). Chekov would have remained in custody on board the Enterprise under Marine guard until he was stabilized and then moved to the Naval hospital at Camp Pendelton.
