The Chronocle

Thank you Ashley D. for finding this one.

It is said that at the Spiral’s Dawn, Grandmother Raven safeguarded the Secrets of Time with this being. Wizards visit The Chronocle during the quest Against Time.

Time is no circle, but the impact of the Moment in Future and Past.
Distant, we see: the Sundering was stopped but the Matter of Sand remains unsettled.
The Light winces, but for the Moment the Shadow’s Tale must be told:
It was Titan’s tantrums that interrupted the FirstWorld’s dance, but for Raven, it also meant the end of all Romance.
Spider’s Love was unbridled and unbound, but also unspoken. As Raven cast him down, Spider’s Heart was broken.
When the Spiral was woven with Tree’s inspiring song, Raven brought Light and Order, yet something was wrong.
Their creation was flawed without Spider’s presence, so she stole the broken Chaos Heart to charge the Spiral’s Essence.
The tale is tole, and the Moment realized. The Sand may stay unsettled , but without the Heart, the Spiral’s expiration is assured.

The Augur of Dunlain from Skyrim.

The Augur of Dunlain was formerly a Breton mage who lived and worked in the College of Winterhold. According to Tolfdir and Colette Marence, he was an upstanding mage and advanced student, especially talented in Restoration. Tolfdir will tell you, “He was a brilliant student, an accomplished wizard. Delved into magic in a way none had seen before. But, I think, he became too focused on just how much power he could acquire. That’s what led to the accident.” Apparently, it was this acquisition of power that distracted him from magical greatness. A failed magical experiment transformed him into a non-corporeal entity. Now referred to as the Augur, he resides beneath the College in the Midden Dark as a glowing ball of energy. He is sought after for advice during Good Intentions, and during Restoration Ritual Spell.
