Nitpicking Return of the Jedi – Inequitable Afterlife

For those of us who remember Return of the Jedi before Lucas made the Special Editions, we recall that Anakin’s spectral form was more in keeping with Sebastian Shaw’s portrayal of a dying Darth Vader (Anakin Skywalker) and this made sense. But suddenly with the Special Edition, Anakin now gets to spend eternity as Hayden Christensen while Obi Wan is stuck as Alec Guinness instead of Ewan McGregor.
