Marvel Movies Exist in the DC “Dark Knight” Universe
The reality is that scene was filmed in Chicago in 2007 at the intersection of Franklin and Van Buren… Pretty close to Union Station. The reality explains how this teaser poster for Spider-Man 3 made it into the shot. Christopher Nolan must have figured it was out of focus and unrecognizable.
Nitpickers do not deal in reality. We deal with the “reel”-ity of what we see on screen. So we are left with the evidence that at least movies of Marvel superheroes exist in this corner of the DC Multiverse.
