Of course it’s an actor’s mark, telling some actor where to stand to be in focus for the shot. But that’s the reality of television production. Nitpickers need to know the ‘reel’-ity of why that mark is there. Nothing would be in Quark’s Bar without Quark’s permission. So Quark must have authorized the “Red T.”
