Who’s In Charge?
Someone is in charge. Yes, Picard is in the conference room, but no one left anyone in charge of the bridge. Does the command of the bridge just automatically go to then ranking Ensign by seniority? Shouldn’t Picard or Riker have specified WHO had the bridge?
