Villain Magnets
I understand why the Joker targets Gotham, he’s fixated on Batman. Lex Luthor plagues Metropolis because of his hatred of Superman. The Reverse Flash has a personal vendetta against the Flash. So those kind of personal connections I can understand. I can sort of forgive The Flash’s roster of villains because they were created in the same accident the turned Barry Allen into the Flash when STAR Labs supercollider exploded. But why don’t some of these villains relocate to an area NOT patrolled by a costumed vigilante?
