Nitpicking Star Wars – Jedi House Keeping

Anakin’s quote to Padme after he force sent her a piece of fruit, “If Master Obi-Wan caught me doing this, he would be very grumpy.” in Attack of the Clones makes it seem like Obi-Wan isn’t a fan of frivolous Force usage.

So my question is WHY does Obi-Wan use the Force to clear the table of the teapot and rearrange the cups?
