“Raising Heqet” is a Side Quest in Wizard101 and the Storm Spell Quest for the Selenopolis and Spell Weaving expansion. It is given by Ione Virga in the Arcanum and unlocked after the completion of the Selenopolis Mainline Quest “Dark Gripe of the Moon.” The Spell “Heqet” is given upon completion.
Heqet Statue: The offering is rejected.
Heqet Statue: Hey, don’t use that kind of language with me. I am Heqet the River Queen, the Guardian Frog, and I will not serve the Children of the Moon.
Heqet Statue: Oh, Child of Earth? As in… dirt? I suppose I don’t have any grievance with dirt. But I cannot aid you while bound by Khonsu.
Heqet Statue: To break free of these chains, I will need more than water. I will need… Electrified Water, water charged by the ultimate storm… the Titan itself.
Heqet Statue: Find a world ravaged by the Storm Titan and someone there to aid you in recovering the correct waters. Then I will bless you with my power.
Heqet, sometimes spelled Heket, is an Egyptian goddess of fertility, identified with Hathor, represented in the form of a frog.
To the Egyptians, the frog was an ancient symbol of fertility, related to the annual flooding of the Nile. Heqet was originally the female counterpart of Khnum, or the wife of Khnum, and eventually she also became the mother of Heru-ur.
The beginning of her cult dates to the Early Dynastic Period at least. Her name was part of the names of some high-born Second Dynasty individuals buried at Helwan, such as prince Nisuheqet, and was mentioned on a stela of Wepemnofret and in the Pyramid Texts. Early frog statuettes are often thought to be depictions of her. Heqet was considered the wife of Khnum, who formed the bodies of new children on his potter’s wheel.

Although I am well versed in Pop Culture references but I do not claim to have caught them all. Let me know your favorites in the comments and if I’ve missed one you caught, let me know so I can add it to the list.
