Old Sage the Myth Weaving Tree has sent your Myth-weaving wizard to Marleybone to summon the Myth Icon, Archibald Ratfink. He suggests that the citizens of Regent’s Square might aid you in your quest.
One of the citizens you meet is Regina Lupinian. She is unfamiliar with Archibald the Myth Mage. However, Archibald Ratfink is a different story. Archibald once robbed her great, great, great grandmother. That scoundrel, the fiend, that bounder lured her into a trap and then stole her necklace.
Related to Reggie Mantle, Regina was first introduced in Cousin Calamity (Jughead and Friends #18, 2007) and was an instant hit among the men of Riverdale. Both Archie and Moose tried asking her out, but Regina was more interested in Jughead, so she asked him out instead. Surprising Archie and Regina’s cousin Reggie, Jughead said yes. It was later revealed that Regina only asked Jughead out because she was interested in pulling pranks on him, but she admitted that it totally backfired on her because he let her experience the best date she’s ever had.

Regina, displays Reggie’s cruel humor and bullying tendencies.
The current list of all the (known) Marleybone references are located here.
Although I am well versed in Pop Culture references but I do not claim to have caught them all. Let me know your favorites in the comments and if I’ve missed one you caught, let me know so I can add it to the list.
