Nitpicking Star Trek IV – Dulmur and Lucsly to the Rescue

Nitpicking Star Trek IV The Voyage Home
Dulmur and Lucsly to the Rescue

In all fairness to Chekov he has greater concerns than keeping the timeline intact. In fact, Chekov leaving a tricorder and phaser behind isn’t the most egregious violation of the whole film. Taking Dr. Taylor to the future, “inventing” transparent aluminum, leaving evidence of 23rd Century medicine… Each is arguably a worse infraction.

*Side note* Do you think Kirk has a whole chapter dedicated to him in the DTI manual?

I realize it would be the 23rd Century equivalents of Dulmur and Lucsly, but we don’t know anything about the 23rd Century Department of Temporal Investigations.
