Prototype Climate Smart Uniform
Balok has started the countdown towards the Enterprise’s destruction. McCoy heads to the bridge because nothing is happening in Sickbay. We see what appears to be McCoy in his standard uniform.
However as Mccoy walks over to Spock’s station, the uniform top changes to McCoy’s more comfortable tunic. Since Spock is a Vulcan, he keeps the climate indicator around the Science station at more comfortable level for Vulcans and McCoy’s prototype Smart Uniform adjusts to the higher temperature.
When Lt. Bailey needs the good doctor to calm him down, McCoys walks over the the center of the bridge and the uniform reverts to the long sleeve version.
