You know him. You see him on the big screen or the small screen and your brain goes “I know that guy. Where have I seen him before?”
There’s more “That Guys” out there. Use him to populate your campaign. You don’t have to create a new character every time your players go off course. He’s already done the work. My good buddy Berin calls this “shemping”
Bonus points if you know the name of this particular “That Guy”.
