César

Wizards are sent to César by his father, Nostradonimus, for help on freeing the imprisoned Pingouins.

Before he helps you, César wants your help in rescuing his Darling Clementine from solitary confinement and Captain Kravchuck. Though she disputes the affection as César has not properly courted her.

César Nostradamus was the second son of the famous French physician and astrologer, Michel Nostradamus. The first complete edition of Nostradamus’ book “Centuries”, published posthumously in 1568, was dedicated to César in a dedicatory epistle by his father dated 1555, the year of his birth.

Caesar Penguin

Caesar Penguin is a penguin who appeared in the Elmo’s World 2006 episode “Penguins.” Because he is an “Emperor Penguin,” his name and attire are modeled after the Roman Emperor Julius Caesar. He was preformed by Martin P. Robinson
