Nitpicking Avengers Endgame – New Asgard License Plate

I’ve looked at multiple possibilities. It looks similar to a European Union motorcycle plate, but there doesn’t seem to be a country identifier under the EU symbol. The Inset in the meme shows the Norwegian plate. So, it’s got to be an Asgardian plate.
