I get that you need a place to secure metas. I get that a place like Iron Heights isn’t going to be able to incarcerate super-powered individuals. But there sure doesn’t seem to be any facilities within these cells and the Pipeline’s original purpose as S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator sure wouldn’t have been built with those amenities in mind.
I’m not even going to bring up the lack of Due Process when incarcerating these individuals.
Guild members Romeo V and Derek J. point out that in Elsewards Part 1 (S5 Ep9) Barry kicks the wall of a cell and a toilet pops out. So they DID have a toilet. It would’ve been nice to tell somebody.

I usually give my thoughts about the Pipeline as hard Hodgson’s Law pass, because I really didn’t want to think about the implications. It’s the Guantanamo Bay for metahumans.
