Traits
- Divine Heart. Sanctifier’s body hums with holy resonance. Undead within 60 ft. can’t benefit from invisibility and shed faint ghost-light.
- Ecto-Containment Saddlebags. (Recharge 5–6) As an action, the rider can open one of Sanctifier’s rune-etched saddlebags to deploy a Containment Rune at a point within 30 ft. The rune activates at the start of Sanctifier’s next turn, creating a 15-ft. radius radiant circle. Undead entering or starting their turn in the circle must make a DC 15 Charisma save or be paralyzed until the end of their next turn.
- Spirit Siren. When Sanctifier gallops, his hooves emit an otherworldly chime. Once per short rest, as a bonus action, he can release a piercing wail that forces undead within 30 ft. to make a DC 15 Wisdom save or be frightened for 1 minute.
- Auto-Pursuit Mode. Sanctifier can pursue an undead creature he has seen within the last hour. He always knows the direction of that creature while within 1 mile.
Actions
- Hooves. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, 5 ft. reach, one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning + 4 (1d8) radiant damage.
- Crossing the Streams Rearing Charge. If Sanctifier moves at least 20 ft. straight toward a creature and then hits it with a Hooves attack on the same turn, the target must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, Sanctifier can make another Hooves attack against it as a bonus action.
- Proton Lance (Recharge 6). Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d8) radiant damage. On a failed DC 15 Strength save, the target is restrained by spectral bands of light until the end of its next turn.
Bonus Action
- Containment Discharge (1/day). Sanctifier releases a 20-ft. radius radiant pulse. Undead in the area take 21 (6d6) radiant damage (DC 15 Dex half); living creatures are unaffected except for a brief shimmering halo.
Flavor
- Appearance: A gleaming white stallion with subtle silver runic filigree, faint green-blue glow in its eyes, and sanctified gear covered in etched containment symbols.
- Sound: Its gallop echoes like the faint wail of sirens through mist.
- Bond: It refuses riders tainted by necromancy. Those pure of heart feel their own heartbeat sync to its radiant hum.
