My company mascot, Nevets has been busy making parody Pokemon cards. Grandchild #1 has insisted that Nevets make her an evolution set. So for my Science Officer, I present.
Me-Ow
Basic Pokémon — Electric — 70 HP
The Vacuum Kitten Pokémon
Visual concept: A small, fluffy, mischievous kitten, about 90% natural cat and 10% Dustbuster. Its muzzle subtly tapers into the shape of a handheld vacuum nozzle without actually replacing its face. Small vent-like markings hide in the fur along its sides, and its tail has just a hint of a molded appliance handle. Tiny electrical sparks occasionally jump between its whiskers. It should still immediately read as “cute kitten”, not “vacuum cleaner with legs.”
Attack — Ball of Energy
⚡ Ball of Energy — 20
Me-Ow bats a crackling ball of electricity toward its opponent as though it’s playing with a toy.
*NOTE* I kept the Basic’s attack deliberately simple. One Electric Energy, 20 damage.
Possible Ability — Dust Bunny
Dust Bunny
Once during your turn, you may discard a Pokémon Tool attached to your opponent’s Active Pokémon. If you do, put 1 damage counter on Me-Ow.
*note* Me-Ow sucks up something it absolutely should not have sucked up and hurts itself in the process. Very kitten. Very Dustbuster.

Resistance: Grass −30
Retreat: ⚪
Me-Ow explores by sucking up anything small enough to fit in its mouth. Trainers quickly learn not to leave keys, coins, or game pieces unattended.
Meower
Stage 1 — Electric — 100 HP
The Mowing Cat Pokémon
Evolves from Me-Ow
⚡ Hairball Regurgitation — 30
Meower coughs up a statically charged hairball.
Flip a coin. If heads, your opponent’s Active Pokémon is now Paralyzed.
⚡⚡ Scratching Blades — 70
Meower’s electrically charged claws spin and slash with frightening speed.
Weakness: Water ×2
Resistance: Grass −30
Retreat: ⚪
Meower races across lawns at tremendous speed, trimming grass, flowers, garden hoses, and anything else unfortunate enough to cross its path.
Meowest — 150 HP — Electric — Stage 2
The Idle Destruction Pokémon
Evolves from Meower
Ability — Not Moving
Once during your turn, if Meowest is your Active Pokémon, you may heal 20 damage from it. If you do, Meowest can’t retreat during this turn.
⚡ Gravity Assist — 60
Meowest lazily pushes something off the nearest elevated surface and watches gravity do the rest.
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 40 more damage.
⚡⚡⚡ Idle Destruction — 120
Meowest does not move during this attack.
If Meowest was not your Active Pokémon at the beginning of your previous turn, this attack does nothing.
Weakness: Water ×2
Resistance: Grass −30
Retreat: ⚪⚪⚪
Meowest discovered long ago that destruction requires very little effort when objects are placed near edges. It may spend hours staring at an item before finally extending one paw.
