Alas, October has given way to November. Campaign signs and ads are everywhere. Christmas commericals and ads have cropped up in everything. Walmart has had their Christmas section up and running since the middle of the month. But now it’s time to wrap up my hosting of the October Blog Carnival.
Mike over at Campaign Mastery offers up the Klein Wand that is more than it seems at first glance.
Sean over at Sea of Stars tells about the Bag of Lost (I WANT the stats for that) and his Hobbit’s short sword Mod,
Xoasseed at Seed of Worlds give us 10 (count ’em 10) Repurposed Artefacts of the Ancient Dwarves. My favorite is tied between the Portable Forge and the Ring of Shadowlessness
Brian at 52 Monsters talks about how magic items should be reined in to avoid power creep in Magic Items: Halloween. Nevertheless, he does give us six unique items. Though I swear I’ve seen each of the first five used in the original Scooby Doo Where Are You? cartoon though not statted out as thouroughly as Brian has done. I can’t pick my favorite.
Valentine has written up The Mercy Ledger
My own contribution The Finger of Broadside, a miniature ring-mounted ship’s canon.
Squeaking in just under the wire is Christian over at Avantage on Arcana as he waxes eloquently about the time as a DM that he forgot about a PC’s boots and changed the whole nature of the encounter.
I can’t help but think that this one is AI generated. I include it for completeness sake.
The Occulus of Abandon
As always Kudos to Scot over at of Dice and Dragons for keeping the Blog Carnival up and running.
I now pass the baton to Attronarch’s Athenaeum.
