Ballard, WA is the fully autonomous region within the Seattle metroplex. They love visitors. They don’t like visitors who misbehave. Break the wrong rules or offend the wrong person and you will get Justice (See the scenario for Map #3: The Bear Area at Woodland Park Zoo).
The scenario needs Bears, lots of bears. Sadly bear counters for Car Wars do not exist. Well until now that is. Please find for your convenience a counter sheet and vehicle stat sheets with 16 bears, 4 BRAP Zoo Ranger SUVs, 8 identical escape vehicles, and the judge. Ballard resident vehicles will be too varied and are up to the Ref to provide and place.
