Welcome back to our ongoing series chronicling the Connected Art of Pokémon cards. Today we look at an interesting pair of cards by artist GIDORA.
I really like this set from Twilight Masquerade using the Growlithe SIR (181/167) and Trainer Perrin SIR (220/167). Unlike other connected art cards, these require some special placing, we need to flip and offset Growlithe. I also like the fact that Growlithe is reflected in Perrin’s camera lens.
